Organizational Consultation

Organizations are carrying more than people were designed to hold.

Leaders are tired.

Teams are stretched.

Helpers are depleted.

Women are navigating responsibility with fewer spaces to exhale.

Burnout is not only an individual issue. It is often connected to culture, pace, expectations, and prolonged demand.

Dr. Chelsea helps organizations create space for embodied self-care, reflection, and more sustainable ways of leading and working.

Not another wellness talk.

Many workplace wellness sessions offer inspiration that fades by Monday.

Dr. Chelsea’s work is designed to translate beyond the room.

Her teaching blends clinical insight, somatic practice, reflective learning, and practical self-care education so participants leave with language, awareness, and tools they can integrate into real life.

“The goal is not a temporary emotional lift. The goal is sustainable integration.”

What types of organizations do you work with?

Dr. Chelsea works with corporations, healthcare and clinical organizations, nonprofits, educational institutions, professional associations, faith-based organizations, and other groups seeking meaningful approaches to workplace well-being, mental health, self-care, and sustainable capacity.

What types of programs do you offer?

Programs may include keynotes, workshops, facilitated conversations, retreats, and organizational consulting. Each engagement is shaped around the audience, setting, and goals of the organization rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all presentation.

What topics do you speak and teach on?

Dr. Chelsea’s work sits at the intersection of mental health, workplace well-being, somatic practice, and self-care. Topics include burnout and sustainable capacity, mental health at work, embodied self-care, boundaries and sustainable rhythms, the experiences of helping professionals, and creating healthier work experiences.

Do you offer virtual and in person programs?

Yes. Dr. Chelsea is available for both virtual and in-person engagements. You will discuss event details during the inquiry process.

Can a program be customized for our organization?

Yes. Programs are adapted to the needs of the audience and organization.

Do you provide therapy or clinical services to employees during organizational programs?

No. Speaking, workshops, retreats, and organizational consulting are educational and professional services and do not establish a therapist-client relationship. Dr. Chelsea’s clinical therapy practice is separate from her organizational work.

How do we get started?

Submit an organizational inquiry with information about your organization, audience, desired program, date, location, and goals. Dr. Chelsea will review the request, and someone from her team will contact you to discuss next steps.

Let’s create support that lasts beyond the room.

If your organization is ready for a grounded, embodied approach to self-care, wellbeing, and sustainable leadership, you’re invited to begin the conversation.
